This website presents rental accommodation available through D2Casa and allows visitors to enquire about it, request a visit or ask to be contacted.

Listing details are kept accurate to the best of our knowledge, but availability, rent and charges can change. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer; a tenancy exists only once a written contract has been signed by both parties.

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a visit places no obligation on you and none on us. We confirm every visit in writing before it takes place.

You agree that the information you give us is accurate, and that you will not submit an enquiry on behalf of someone else without their knowledge.

We assess applications on the documentation provided. We may decline an application, and we are not obliged to state a reason beyond what the law requires.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this site, submit automated or bulk enquiries, or use content from this site commercially without written permission.

These terms are governed by the law of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and the courts of Luxembourg have jurisdiction over any dispute.
